Shannon Smith Waiter, founder of Heirloom, began her career in communications before finding herself in the award-winning kitchens of Oxheart and Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was only natural that she combined her culinary knowledge and background with her marketing, public relations, and social media experience. Shannon was in charge of the day-to-day marketing and public relations for multiple prominent Houston restaurants and Non-Profits before founding Heirloom in 2020.

Sarah Monday is a Texas transplant from Colorado with over 10 years of experience in strategy development, branding, advertising and product marketing. Her experience in the agency world combined with her in house marketing expertise has helped her demonstrate success with all types of clients, ranging from small businesses to luxury brands. Prior to joining Heirloom, Sarah managed the local marketing department and team of marketers at the country's largest residential real estate brokerage and technology company.

Meghan is a public relations specialist with 15 years of experience in strategy development, media relations and event management for leading global brands. Her experience runs deep with well-known brands like Oakley, Amazon, Target, and Pure Barre fitness. She returned to Houston from NY and has led PR efforts for the City of Houston Mayor’s Office of Special Events, including H-E-B Thanksgiving Day Parade, Fourth of July’s Freedom Over Texas.

Meghan currently leads regional and national media relations for hospitality, non-profit and health & wellness clients.

Michelle Marquez has a passion for social media writing and trends. Her experience in working in influencer and public relations allows her to help bring our client's mission, and vision to life. She has a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and all things aesthetic .

Andrew Hemingway has over 10 years of experience in professional photography. His focus on digital photography including food, lifestyle and portrait photography has led him to photograph some of the most unique and interesting events and restaurants in the city. Andrew also has experience in film production and in his free time focuses on his passion project of macro photography where he creates close up and finely detailed, large scale digital prints of small subjects.
